My name is Brian Valen, and my passion for technology started early. At just 10 years old, my parents brought home a used IBM computer—and I was hooked. By 13, I was already making house calls, fixing computers for homes and small businesses, with my mom driving me to appointments.

That hands-on experience continued through high school and college and ultimately led to the founding of BQV Consulting, LLC after graduation. Backed by years of real-world problem-solving and a degree in Information Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University, I’ve built a career focused on technology consulting, computer repair, and ongoing system maintenance.
